By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with The Indiana Association of Spiritualists (the Western Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out on your registration form), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN

>  You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a hotel room.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME 

>  Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 12:00 pm.

>  A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE

>  Should you arrive at the Western Hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you should contact the Hotel’s Front Desk or our Administration Office, if available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.

>  Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.

>  Please check with the Western Hotel’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. It is possible that a half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out occurring after 6:00 pm.

RATES AND DEPOSIT

>  Rates are quoted in US Dollars ($USD).

>  A full payment must be paid to secure your online booking.

>  The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change without advance notice.

>  Rates are for 1 or 2 adults only, unless other stated on reservation form.

>  Base Rates do not include any applicable sales tax. The Rates are subject to 7% Indiana State Sales Tax and 5% County Innkeeper Tax.

>  Current paid Members of The Indiana Association of Spiritualists (IAOS) are eligible to receive a 17% discount. If upon Hotel check-in you selected the Member discount code on your reservation form and you are not a current, paid Member, you will be charged for the difference between and Member and non-member rates.

>  The maximum number of guests per room is dependent upon the size of the room. Based rates are based on 1 person per night; each additional person will be charged at the extra person rate in effect at the time. 

>  In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted on our website, the Western Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion. If this were to happen, we will contact you directly using the information provided on your reservation form.

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION

>  A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.

>  Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.

>  All online payments will be processed through PayPal or Stripe. You can use a Credit Card or PayPal account (if you already have one). Other than your name and the amount charged, we do not obtain any credit card information from PayPal.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

>  Full Refund: Cancellation of your reservation must be received in our office (by telephone) at least 7 days prior to your date of arrival by noon (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

>  50% Refund: Cancellation of your reservation must be received in our office (by telephone) at least 48 hours prior to your date of arrival by noon (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

>  No Refund: Cancellation of your reservation received in our office (by telephone) less than 48 hours prior to your date of arrival (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

GROUP RESERVATIONS

>  Reservations for groups of 10 or more rooms, please email the us at campchesterfieldoffice@gmail.com.

FURTHER INFORMATION

>  The Western Hotel is listed as a Historical Landmark and is not handicap accessible. There is no elevator.

>  The Western Hotel does not have air-conditioning.

>  The Western Hotel is, by law, a Non-Smoking building.

>  No readings, seances or healings are to be given in the Hotel without prior written permission of Camp Chesterfield or the Indiana Association of Spiritualists.

>  No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The Western Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

>  Illegal drugs and alcohol are not permitted on the grounds of Camp Chesterfield or in the Western Hotel for any reason.  If these substances are found, you will be asked to leave the premises of Camp Chesterfield and the Chesterfield Police Department may be notified.

>  In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow the Indiana Association of Spiritualists, Inc. to collect and use your information for our marketing purposes and to help you be aware of workshops, classes and special event opportunities. You may unsubscribe to any such emails at any time of receipt. Your information will not be passed on or sold to any third party organizations.

>  This reservation is not transferable.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

>  By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Western Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Western Hotel’s standard terms and conditions of stay.

>  The Western Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.

>  If reserved rooms have been damaged by acts of nature or are otherwise not in a condition to be occupied, you will be notified and offered an alternative, if one is available. If we cannot accommodate an alternative, you will be refunded your payment in full.

>  If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item(s) plus labor fees to return room to its original state.

>  You shall indemnify and hold the Western Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Western Hotel.

>  The Western Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.

>  The Western Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

>  The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law(s) of Indiana State and the United States of America.
